Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate your billing accordingly.
What happens if I exceed my client limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit and give you the option to upgrade. Your existing clients will never be affected.
Are there any transaction fees on payments?
We charge no platform transaction fees. Standard Stripe processing fees (2.9% + 30¢) apply. You keep approximately 97% of every payment you collect.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain access through the end of your current billing period.
What about data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. You can export all your session notes, client data, and analytics before canceling. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
