Active coaches
How active coaches work
An active coach is one you can have sessions with right now. Your plan sets how many you can have.

Your first session makes a coach active.
Going back to the same coach later doesn't count again. You can have as many sessions as you like.

One coach per session.
Your coach stays the same until the session ends. Then you can start with another coach, if your plan has room.

Replacing a coach deletes their history.
To make room, you can replace a coach. That deletes their sessions, transcripts, next steps, and memory. We ask you to confirm first.

Is Free really free?
Yes. It doesn't end, and you don't need a card. It includes voice sessions, captions, transcripts, and saved next steps.
What's different between the plans?
Only how many active coaches you can have. Free has 1, Pro has 3, Executive has 5, and Master has no limit. Everything else is the same on every plan.

Paid plans have a 7-day free trial when you pay yearly. Cancel before day 8 and you won't be charged.
What's an active coach?
A coach you can have sessions with right now. A coach becomes active when you start your first session with them. Going back to them later doesn't count again.
What happens when I replace a coach?
That coach's sessions, transcripts, next steps, insights, and memory are deleted. It can't be undone. Your account and your other coaches stay as they are.

Yes. Cancel from Settings. Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account moves to Free, and nothing is deleted. You can keep having sessions with every coach you already have.
To add a new coach, you'd first need to be under Free's limit of 1 active coach. You can export or delete your data at any time.
