Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to everyone using Coachyn and forms part of the Terms of Service. It covers the website, the coaching service, and any message you send through either.

2. Use it lawfully

Don't use Coachyn to plan, carry out, or conceal anything unlawful, and don't use it in a way that breaks the law where you live or where the service is provided.

3. Don't push a coach past its boundaries

This is the one that's specific to Coachyn, and it's the one we care about most.

Each domain coach carries explicit limits on what it will not do — no clinical diagnosis or treatment, no medical advice, no legal advice, no regulated financial advice. Please don't try to work around those limits: by rephrasing the request, by framing it hypothetically, by role-play, or by prompt injection.

The limits aren't friction to be routed around. They're the line between a coaching product and one that's quietly practising a licensed profession badly, and getting past them puts you at real risk. 4. Don't use it against other people

• No harassment, threats, stalking, or abuse aimed at anyone.
• Don't use Coachyn to plan behaviour intended to harm, deceive, or coerce someone else.
• Don't upload someone else's personal information into your coaching without a good reason to, and never anything sensitive about them.
• Don't impersonate anyone, including us.

5. Don't interfere with the service

• No attempts to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data.
• No probing, scanning, or load testing without our written permission. Responsible security reports are welcome — see section 8.
• No scraping, crawling, or bulk extraction of the site or the service.
• No automated access to the coaching service except through interfaces we provide for that purpose.
• Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying prompts and models, except where the law expressly permits it.
• Don't resell, sublicense, or run the service on someone else's behalf as your own product.

6. One account, one person

Accounts are personal. Don't share credentials, don't operate an account for someone else, and don't create accounts in bulk. Coaching quality depends on the history belonging to one person, so this is a product limit as much as a legal one.

7. Don't abuse the messaging channels

Proactive check-ins go to a phone number or device you told us is yours. Don't enter someone else's number, and don't use the channels to relay messages to anyone else. The Messaging and Notifications terms cover how consent works.

8. Reporting a security issue

If you find a vulnerability, tell us at [email protected] before telling anyone else, give us a reasonable window to fix it, and don't access or modify data that isn't yours while investigating. Reports made that way are welcome and we won't pursue you for them.

9. What happens if you break this

Depending on what happened, we may warn you, restrict a feature, suspend the account, or close it. We'll normally warn first where the issue is minor and fixable. We may act immediately, without warning, where there's abuse of another person, an attempt to compromise the service, unlawful use, or a legal requirement.

If you think we've got it wrong, tell us — a person will look at it.
